By accessing and using Pocket Trotter ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Pocket Trotter is a web application that allows users to upload GPX files and enrich them with Points of Interest (POI) data. The service includes:

• GPX file upload and processing
• Points of Interest enrichment using external APIs
• Interactive map visualization
• Weather information integration
• Subscription-based premium features

To use our service, you must create an account using Google OAuth. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your Google account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and up-to-date information

Free Tier

• Limited to 3 GPX uploads per month
• Basic POI enrichment features

Premium Subscription

• Monthly: €2.99/month - Unlimited uploads and premium features
• Yearly: €29.99/year - Best value with 2 months free

Billing Terms

• Subscriptions are billed automatically
• You can cancel at any time
• No refunds for partial months
• Billing is handled securely by Stripe

You agree NOT to use the service to:

• Upload malicious files or content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the service for illegal activities
• Abuse or overload our servers
• Share your account credentials
• Reverse engineer or copy our software

Your Content

You retain ownership of your GPX files and data. By using our service, you grant us permission to process your files for the purpose of providing POI enrichment.

Our Content

The service, including software, text, graphics, and other content, is owned by Pocket Trotter and protected by copyright and other laws.

We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, POCKET TROTTER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination:

• Your access to the service will cease
• Your data will be deleted within 30 days
• No refunds will be provided for unused subscription time

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the service. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
